Attention Not for New iPad (3)

I bought the app, and at the install it proposes voices in different languages, including English. But the whole app is in Hebrew and I really dont see how to change it to English after going through many menus. Totally unhelpful !!

Excellent !

If you can have someone beside you reading the commands, this might be ok. But the voice commands do not work, so the app is mostly useless. The FAQ says that this "rare" issue can be fixed (I tried in two iPhones and it didnt work on either) if you restore to default but the fix does not work.

I should have looked closer. I saw something about multi language support, but thats only the text to speech engine. The screens and options are all in Hebrew. That said, it looks good and useful. Im going to venture out with it now and my limited Hebrew, and see if it will work for me. If it does, Ill come back and update.

There is no english option in app. But it writes english hebrew... Before buying the app...

I was paid becouse of english I dont know hebrew , so what!

Hi, can anyone clarify if I can search the object using GPS coordinates which I know, or only using the address with street and house etc?

Do we have to learn hebrew before driving in Israel!? I bought it and cannot use it because langage is not selectable. It is indeed supposed to recognize it automatically but it doesnt! And so I payed 30 Euros for a hebrew only application. Ripoff

In the navigation software go beyond the first three-four screen until you get to a menu with icons. Press on a flag icon that has the word: הגדרות then press שפה ומידות then שפת תפריטי התוכנה and it will change to English.

Ive used this app in the English language since 2011... now it is in Hebrew only?????? In the navigation software press some buttons like these; you may need to explore some though: הגדרות שפה ומידות שפת תפריטי התוכנה and change it to English. ****

This GPS app for Israel is a really nice app. And its great the menus, maps, and voice prompts are available in English! Great app, thank you!

While this is a top notch application, using it for some time I have a comment and one big request: Comment: There is a slight issue with intuitivity of the application use. It is very complex and not always very easy to get on the first time what you want. Request: Please update the code and release a version supported by iOS 5! Since I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 5, iGo fails to install. As iOS 5 is a major release with many new features, I doubt many users will not upgrade. This renders iGo useless. Bottom line: Great app, but wont install on iOS 5 - useless for iOS 5 users.

Kind of useless right now. Please update the App.

Straight forward

We used this app extensively during a recent 800 km road trip around Israel. iGo worked fantastically and appeared to have accurate information on remote areas as well as for freeway driving. Only concern is the battery drain from heavy GPS use so be sure to have a car charger. I have been using this app for the last ten days, walking and using public transit. It has been invaluable in helping us find our way walking and in tracking progress on the bus or train. The app has many features and options that are not always easy or intuitive to find. You have to know some Hebrew to find your way to the point where you can choose English as the default. It does appear to be accurate and reliable. A huge plus is that you dont need a data connection for the app to work. Highly recommended
